The Iditarod forces dogs to run 1,000 miles through some of the most unforgiving terrain on Earth. More than 150 dogs have died during the race while countless others have been killed because they weren’t fast or fit enough. In the off-season, dogs are kept chained constantly to dilapidated wooden boxes or plastic barrels in all weather extremes. Let everyone know that you don’t support running dogs to death!
