The FrogLog is a unique, effective, and simple-to-use product that allows small animals to escape swimming pools. It consists of an inflatable floating platform, mesh ramp, and fabric pouch filled with 1.5 cups of sand or pea gravel. The pouch sits on the pool deck and holds the FrogLog in place. Assembly takes 5 minutes and requires 1.5 cups of sand or pea gravel, which is not provided.
Recommended number of FrogLogs by pool size:
15 inches x 30 inches: 1-2
15 inches x 30 inches to 25 inches by 50 inches: 2-4
25 inches by 50 inches to 50 inches by 80 inches: 3-6
For larger-sized pools: 5-8
Use more FrogLogs if:
The pump and filter are run at night
Chlorine levels are kept high
The number of animals found in your pool is substantial
Small mammals (mice, chipmunks, etc.) are the main concern
